Husband and wife agree not to open any individual charge account for any reason. Joint accounts may be opened only with the express written agreement of both parties. Should a joint account be opened, all items charged to this account will be carefully documented.

The following is a description of the agreed upon uses of existing charge accounts. Neither party shall be allowed to use these accounts for any purpose other than those described below:
