Parking Lot Lease Agreement

[NAME], referred to as LANDLORD, and [NAME] TENANT, referred to as TENANT, agree:

LANDLORD hereby rents to the TENANT the following described property:

for the sole use as a parking lot with toll booth beginning on ___, 20 _, and terminating on ___, 20 _.

TENANT shall pay a total rental of $ (dollars), in installments of $ (dollars) monthly, in advance and without demand. Any sales or other tax on the rental shall be paid by the TENANT.

TENANT shall at all times maintain public liability insurance including parking lot liability in a minimum amount of $ (dollars) with a licensed liability insuror.

This lease may not be assigned, nor may this lease be sublet without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD.
