General Lease Agreement

[NAME], referred to as LANDLORD, and [NAME], referred to as TENANT, agree:

Landlord hereby leases and rents to Tenant the premises described as follows:

This Lease shall be in effect for a term of one (1) year, commencing on ____, 20 _, and from year to year thereafter unless 60 days prior to the termination of the lease either party sends notice in writing electing not to renew this lease.

TENANT shall comply with all building, zoning and health codes and other applicable laws for said leased premises as well as regulations posted from time to time by the LANDLORD.

TENANT shall use the premises solely as:

TENANT shall maintain in full force and effect comprehensive tenant's liability insurance including public liability for bodily injury of at least $1,000,000 with a carrier acceptable to LANDLORD.

Upon the partial destruction of the premises by casualty, this lease shall not end, but rent shall be abated as the to the portion of the premises which are untenantable. This lease shall terminate in the event of condemnation of the property by legal authority as of the effective date of the taking.
